Dear Phil

Maybe the company did need some bridging funds to keep them going till the loan facility comes through but I hope these institutions support the stock on market becuase some investors are not happy with the dilution factor at these prices. Also hope that some good news follows soon with a roadshow etc. because I will hate to see the stock drop any further while other stocks out there are recovering. Investor confidence is an important factor right now and that comes when they see their investments appreciate back to levels they bought them at.

I also hope the court case went well for you today.

We did a DvP which basically says they can't deal in the shares for 12 months. I especially asked Lodge to get long term holders with large positions and some new guys who are mid cap investors.

My case went very well in the Supreme Cour t- although it was only a mention and directions - an interesting hour for our legal guys - Panopus Plc should not have had to incur the expense.
