I understand what you're saying - and I appreciate DrT's perspective - at 7c there was no plan, no direction, no (finance) CR from DrT, DrG, DrC (often overlooked here - but not for too much longer IMO) so at 7c it was what it was - right.
Now at 27c the concern for new investors is still mainly finance related IMO. To stay going up RAC needs more new SH coming in than selling out - simple. Until the new plan starts to materialize and/or results start to flow.
A simple question ... ask yourself - how many on this forum appreciate the backgrounds of Dr's G and in particular C?
The answer to that question suggests the market is right at 27c right now, but really it's wrong just as it was at 7c.
