if they did a raise they would do it after Israel results.. not that I think they will.
John Cullity business in America Biosynergy is interesting.... that is why he is on the team, he has a deal in place he's the Key to getting a partnership on board and funding the trials, they just want Israel results and then we are ON!!
have a look at his resume he's been working in that industry for years on years. + he put a good amount of money down the last raise.
