In your post above you happen to mention, 3 very good point's.

Manufacturing, Sales and Distribution.

So let treat the 3 point, separately,

1-Manufacturing, (Require's Money, to pay all the doctor's, in the lab producing Bisantrene).
2-Sales, (Require's Money, to pay all the doctor's, who take other doctor's, to very expensive Business lunch's, to promote Bisantrene).
3-Distribution,( Require's Money, to pay, specialised transport company's to ship the drug all around the world, (you can not send Bisantrene through Australia Post)).

In my post, I mention, (cornerstone investor, just like Dr Tillett, will entered RACE).

In my opinion, money is required to do all the 3 point's above, but at this early stage in the game, I rather see, another cornerstone Investor, just like Dr Tillett, helping RACE.

A very big Pharmaceutical company could come and help us with the dollar's, but I can not see this happening, until we have at least started and received our result's.

IMHO.
