    Hi all

    Just have to ask the question as i have never been in a company that has got into such a low.

    If the company runs out of money and there are liabilities do shareholders as being part owners have to meet any outstanding debts. Or

    Is the company declared bankrupt and thats it the shareholders lose what they have put in.
