Probably the main limiting factor and reason that FXL / HUM has not rocketed like the rest of the BNPL segment has been the lack of access to the US market.
This deal certainly benefits HUM greatly. From DOUs perspective, it doesn't really matter who was on the other end, it's funding. This is a win win deal for both parties.
