    Agree that is what he may mean. Problem is day traders are a reality that needs to be factored in by HDR management because it is driving long term holders (and ex long term holders) stark raving mad. The solution is simple, let Thomas draft all future announcements and keep Potter off the typewriter. I think Potter is a good CEO, but as Clint Eastwood says:
    "A man has got to know his limitations" and Simon has proved his time and again.
