Should have mentioned in my previous post re: TEE,

When they made the acquisitions in June, they didnt acquire the debtors. therefore they didnt start seeing cash from their sales until August. This is a mjor reason why receipts shown in the cashflow report are slightly misleading. It pretty much only takes into account half the quarter.

Alot of their costs incurred in the Sept qtr were one off costs such as integration costs, r and d costs and there was significant investment in materials to start up the business in July. Costs will be much lower for the Dec quarter

Rev in oct to 28th Oct was $1.3m almost the same of amount cash generated from sales in the Sept quarter.

Also they will be getting over a million for the sale in Stratosonde tech as approved at the AGM.

Also one should note that in the quarterly report that management have said that receipts for the new businesses have doubled every month since July 1 excluding Beam Communications.

Since the quarterly was released, Beam communications have entered into agremeents with Marlink Norway and Telstra. Telstra have already agreed to an order of $350k for Beam satellite equipment.

The next quarterly will see revenues will in excess of last quarter and expenses will be materially lower as there will be no one off expenses as mentioned above incurred during this quarter.

Sorry for posting this on the TOX thread but we TOX holders know value better than most so this is an investment definitely woth considering. Its turnaround story will be similar to that of TOX
