    There are good reasons for the delay. The Russians are trying not to be perceived as a soft target for dumping of drugs with no statistical significance, and unknown side-effects. They do not like the idea of being used as a cheap Phase III trial "testing ground" for the Americans.

    Chances are that approval will require more time, and more investment of cash. I'm just saying.
