re: to grant Interoute is not selling FNT. FNT is privately owned by Albert Macky. (new ATC board member). Interoute sold the calling card business to FNT around 3 years ago. Now ATC want to service that calling card traffic.
I understand Interoute carries the traffic for FNT and many other similar companies. In summary, Interoute competes with ATC.
I see minimal implications unless ATC choose to tender for the other business presently serviced by Interoute. That means they may get more business by tender process, rather than issuing more stock.
