Noooooooooooooooooo ! no more buy backs ! the first one prior to the $2.50 cap raising was a success . The average price paid was $1.90 and the stock was re issued at $2.50.

the last one was an complete failure in $$$ term we lost about $11m The market would not look kindly on the company buying back stock at $4.36 when it sold 10 million shares at $2 only two months ago.

If M & G want to get to 19.9% they have to step up the buy price as has happened in the rise from $2 to $4.70 . This is just a normal low volume pullback ( retrace ) from overbought on the charts.

Just dont sell to them, " No more buybacks " we need to fund a plant remember and the more cash we have the less dilution we will have to wear !
