Immmm sorry how long has chatree been closed......don’t think the ‘negotiations’ have gone well at all but don’t worry the current BOD have it all in hand (you are having a laugh aren’t you). Reminder everyone the goldmine is still closed......only solution our current directors have is see you all in court with our expensive legal team we have assembled and just for fun we will fight on 2 fronts with our insurance provider as well. Sounds cheap as chips for our shareholders and our dwindling cash reserves. But don’t worry our currrent BOD have it all in hand.
