To restart Chatree by MTR requires more than $200mill and they want us to sell our assets to cover this cost.
Is it fair to give up 90% of our company’s to see Chatree up and running again? How much dividend we will get under new ownership scheme, is it 0.01 cents per annum per share?
Don’t fall for their trap “Chatree will be up and running again” just ask yourself, if it is running again then what will be in your plates.
Giving you thought, Profit and dividend will be distributed by the ownership. So MTR Thai team will get 51% of profit, second other investors and anything left will come to us.
Are they showing us dreams or nightmares?
