It shouldn't work like that. If the money is owed, the govt. has to pay it, unless they are owed more in taxes by the pre-VA MBN. If it isn't owed, then sure, they can try to fund the continued trading of the mine, but the Receivers won't be party to any agreement that takes away their authority to do as they see best. The govt would have to give an open-ended funding promise.

As a shareholder of course it would be in your interests if the debt holders sorted it out for your benefit .....
