There was always going to be a sale if the creditors got the right value for their MBN shares but they didn't and at that time they were happy with the small loss or gain (those that were tracking the COP including royalty numbers knew this........hey @jantimot!!!!!).
The interest point is if this VAT refund goes through what will the creditors do.....interestingly there were no representative for MBN in those meetings, so are they happy with small loss or gain now?????
