restoring some faith

The proposed issue of options (3m) in resolution 6 restores some faith, that the Directors to profit from their role in Calzada (soon to be Polynovo) must achieve a share price above 14c and 20c. Directors fees atm are not high compared to some and rewards to Directors are contingent on a much higher share price. A vote of confidence that this is achievable with the technology, probably .09c represents good value.
