    3.10A RESTRICTED SECURITIES TO BE RELEASED FROM ESCROW
    We wish to advise that the following restricted securities will be released from
    escrow on the 9 December 2006:
    (i) 35,800,000 ordinary fully paid shares.
    (ii) 10,912,500 options exercisable at 20 cents on or before 31 July
    2008.
