Dont know about strong buy signal though.

82 million shares MAY hit the market. And they MAY NOT. If sold and sold on market it will be interesting to see if price is manipulated down whilst PDN acquires (if PDN acquires on market). If they are held (we will see a an increasing substantial shareholder notice as Theseus Ltd now owns approx 8% and will pick up another 4.5% currently held by National Nominees (under escrow agreement). It will be 8-9% if they acquire Maitland Trustees Ltd shareholding as they did previously. That will take them (Theseus) to DYL's largest shareholder status. Foreigners owning largest % in DYL. Will this see activity from PDN?

Also interesting is this may be the reason for DYL's cross listing see quote:

'The listing will also allow Namibian and South African investors and institutions to own DYL shares - as current exchange control restrictions prevent such ownership, and create greater public awareness of both the company and the uranium market in southern Africa, the company said'.

Quote Source: www.namibian.com.na (The Namibian Newspaper)

Such listing allows Theseus Ltd to hold as Namibian residents (company's registered address is Isle of Man - not sure on those behind it - one can only assume Namibian residents at this stage). Therefore they may hold intitially. If they hold its a good sign that good news may be coming.

    cheers
