I'm sure you don't have to worry about PDN. JB knows his business.
If 82 mio ordinary share are flooding the market on 26 Feb it could be a tidal wave.
If PDN is planning to grab the shares - and there is some logic behind it - , you may rest assured that JB has already done the backstage talks.
So in my opinion all parties will be very deliberate in their movements.
Just wait and see.
