I would have thought that 82 million shares becoming unrestricted may have an initial negative impact on the share price as these shares can now be sold on market.
Particularly if holders of these previously restricted shares need cash for any particular reason.
Nevertheless, in the long term, the shares will outperform if the uranium/ nuclear boom continues.
