Well it was my hope too. $1.20 and holding. But no didn't happen. I'm guessing the problem is that the success of BIS is not getting enough publicity. due to a small capital base. So get the company to issue more stock via a rights issue this will enable expansion and a reduction of debt. Go for it BIS.
