re: restructuyes or no Hi Nasty1,
I had been told we would receive the notice plus the so called "expert report for the restructure" by the end of this month. AGM is on 17th, Nov.

Since BT, WESTPAC, still hold nearly 9% of ERG shares, Duncan holds 30%, that's around 40% already. I guess BT, Westpac will vote yes, as they dumped millions of shares at 3c, and they wonot wanna take any risk under the current financial storm situation. Also, I believe all of the ERG staffs hold more than 10 per cents, but most of them will vote yes to save their jobs.(I guess)

So I think the restructure is inevitable. Now what I concern most is whether "ERG" will still list on ASX after restructure. Would Duncan buy back our shares at a very low price? Another problem is if our shares are finally worthless, Duncan will suffer the huge lost too. so that's why i wanna make clear exact meaning of the "residual interest".
