Photon Group, is expected to announce acapital raising on 17 June 2010. It is thought that the company will raise over$A100 million. The largest shareholder, Reg Grundy, is expected to contribute atlease $A20 million to retain his 23.8 per cent stake. Photon will use the fundsto reduce debt and finance earn-out payments
