This is merely intuition but believe the sum is greater than the parts. Tsenin, much to his credit, is standing up to the lenders as to whats in the interest of all stakeholders, not just lenders. It still reads like a Blackstone(BX-US) takeover of the company in its entirety. As a significant holder of Hilton Worldwide debt, I watched BX negotiate and restructure a debt laden, complex entity. I doubt the other parties have either the capital wherewithal or the expertise.
