Could the equity injection be just into the super LLC which is the most troubled fund and thus in the avoid destroying shareholder equity in the rest of hte business?

Which forms of hybrid securities would be best from our view for the banks to convert there debts into? I think some notes would be the best option, which convert to cash in say 3-5 years when the global economy is in better shape.
