Hi TP, Yes probably a case of not quite what we all wanted to hear, all problems solved ...., but nothing in there which we would not have known already to be a challenge until specific deals done.
No CAWF sales announced yet, but perhaps that's not bad either if the banks aren't gagging for the money to be repaid. And who knows, the banks may be looking to the CAWF properties for the debt/equity arrangements??
Lets see. No doubt SP will be shaky for a bit till deals get announced.
