    Hi MrGriffin,

    What you mention in you post is precisely why the banks are screwing people and als why they are happy to get equity. Rmember also that the banks cannot stay in business without loans.... do they really want the loans repaid..... if there is another more profitable option available..

    Finally perhaps shareholders launching the class actions against CNP are going after the wrong party. In lending CNP money for overpriced USA properties,only to demand it back shortly after, have not the banks concerned acted unconscionably and therefore provided grounds by agrieved parties to sue them for the resulting losses suffered.
