In the BPC raising at 20 cents shareholders were also offered the chance to particpate in the raising albeit their overall equity was diminished even if they fully participated - as I said earlier SOP from a rule book written long ago.
The 'experts' demanding big fees for these 'fixes' are simply following the manual - a 6th grader could could do it.
