restructuring of the notes

    hi,

    On the restructuring of the notes, I am looking at all the options that i can think of.

    It seems to me the most likely outcome,i.e.the one that would make sense for all the involved parties, is to get transcor to extend and get a significant reduction (maybe 50%) of the conversion price.

    Am I missing something?
