Marketing spin is Marketing spin - I remember some genius at Cadbury's decided to cut cost by changing the recipe for their chocolate. When everyone complained about the taste the CEO said market research told them that customers wanted the change - Do a search on google for some of the posts, they not only lost customers but created a passionate anti cadbury base. The point is when the retric doesn't match up with the service you can win all the meaningless industry awards you want but it doesn't take a small business owner very long to know when the service isn't adequate.
I was really surprised AYG getting on the WALGA panel made a price sensitive ASX release.
