My gut feeling is that PK wont want this to fail - but how much ego takes precedence over losing money is anyones guess. I have no idea if they can turn it around - I hope so it will mean I won't have to think about going back to work.

The model can work but it requires substance and not spin. SMB requires good advice, solutions that reflect the retric and consistent servicing - really basic stuff.

I have no idea what the future holds but it wont reflect the current position. It is posible the SMB market will be too hard and they may concenrate on LG which is probably a good fit.
