According to previous company releases Kazacos and Walker were going to take up their full rights:

Last shareholding I saw was;

Kazacos 255m shares - rights 2:1 = approx $900k raised
Walker 197m shares - rights 2:1 = approx $700k raised

Approximately $150k of the $1.74m must have come from existing shareholders.

Looks like AYG now has a second white knight at the table...............
