I have always said just that ..If the projects dont work , nothing works . I should point out the amounts I mention in the previous post were certainly NOT the examples quoted in the late 90s .
They have been suggesting 4.5% compounding .( recently )
Under this deal , What does this make a 3k lot of trees worth ( 1998 ) ? There is no way the 98 project should be included . From my understanding this offer is nothing short of a Joke .
Very poor form , agreed unlikely that any future investors will be left
