As for the "other" I reckon a simple phone call will resolve that. I have my suspicions as to what it is made up of (nothing untoward) but am not certain.

No sentiment change here, the company is selling cheaply. If I had enough money I would buy the entire company and have high conviction that I would make hundreds of millions over the next ten years with dividends and steady growth even if there is a blip or two. The risk is low for the price being paid. All imho.
