There will always be room for both technologys, but over time Wifi will mostly be a complimentary technology to mobile Wimax and LTE. Wifi can only travel 500 metres where Wimax line of sight (LOS) can travel 20+ kilometres.

Seven holds almost 50% stake in Engin and has Mr stokes jnr on the board. Only problem with this is seven may try a full takeover just before a Mobile wimax rollout.
With 635,516,979 shares on maket to acquire 90% would be alot harder than it was with the unwired takeover. I think Seven would be happy 51% and full control
