I said it before landline VOiP will mostly be deliverd by ISP. A stand alone VOiP company will need a wireless partner. Wimax is made for VOiP because it a data teshnology the 3G guys don't wont VOiP because it will cut into their revenue. So Engin is looking good, freshtel will move into Wifi that may work for a few years and who know where that leave MNF likely it will try to sell.
