I find these statements encouraging:

expressions of interest sought for entire CER portfolio as part of restructuring and recapitalisation plans,with significant interest received; and

a number of confidenial expressions of interest were received throughout 2010 in respect to CER's assets and investments;

significant improvement in NTA due to removal of MTM liabiliites.

But still has a number of hurdles to jump including the pending class action!
