However CER is not taking Super LLCs equity into consideration.
i.e
As of end of DEC = 542million 542million / 2.28billion shares 23.7c per share
so 41 + 23.7 = 64.7c per share
Earnings is another thing to take into consideration 60million for 6 months, This i think includes the one of 11million dollar pay out to close out hedges
so maybe it's 71 million for 6 months
x 2 = 142 million for the year
6.2 cents a share
The market may be taking some asset sales into consideration which are probably above book value at this stage also considering the attention that CER and CNP have gotten from various groups.
What I am unsure about is the prospect of dividends for this year.
CER may pay some dividends this year or risk losing half to of it's earnings to tax.
e.g 60million + 71millioni (1st half and 2nd half) 131million for the year with no write downs to negate???? So Hedges to put as a loss.
Does this mean that will pay out??????? Maybe someone with more knowledge could answer this.
Please do your own research as My research is flawed as well as my calculations.
Good luck
