CER needs a revaluation upwards in the assets of Superllc for it to have some value for CER. That is quite possible.
Regarding CNP's holding in CER. It would be feasable for someone to buy that from CNP either at NTA or at current SP but, in my opinion, an offer would be at a discount to current SP. It is possible that a potential buyer has allready taken a stake in CER, either as a blocking stake or as an attempt to get well over the 51%. Remember that any offer for more than 19.9% of the company would have to be extended to all shareholders further complicating the situation.
Unravelling CNP's spiderweb organisation is probably not proving easy. I think that the longer it takes the better off we will be as holders of CER.
