I'l give you guts award for trying to short this stock.

However, After listening to the question and answer i noted a couple of things.

CER has a lot of interest from institutions now.

It used to be just JPmorgan asking questions.
Now there is a lot more quizing management (this is great)

2 institutions grilled them on Capital rates being too high, In otherwords I think they believe valuations could be quite higher.

Also, In question time, The CEO pretty much ruled out any rights issues. There for, Any structure will likely be done with asset sales. Gone are they days of any concerns of share dillution i think :D

Underlying earnings would of been higher but a 1 of 11million was spent to close remaining contracts.

Also NTA would also be higher with the new reevaluations, however these are absorded due to CNPs negative equity, Also Superllcs earnings are also being absorded. Therefor the true earnings is only a percentage of what is being presented.
