CSR is going to payout dividend of 9.13 cents and then 43.57 cents in February.
Question:
As the stock has been stuck around 1.60-1.70 level for many months, why not buy a heap of CSR and get huge dividend payout. About 52 cents if you include both dividends.
I know that socks usually do drop after dividend payouts, but I am not so sure that the stock will drop as this dividen payout is a one-off dividend payment and as I said stock has held 1.60-1.70 for a very long time.
Hence, if it does not drop after both dividend payouts, then you make a handosme profit. Am I missing something? Maybe others could explain.
