Sorry to break the bad news to you this company being on a downward spiral for over 5yrs now. The only way to make money is to short it. The management are clueless the board rewards incompetence. Would need a massive overhaul of existing management team and company culture from top to bottom and find a bunch of capable and competent people to replace them. It's no easy task not sure if the new CEO can pull it off or even realises that's what he's got to do to save the company. Safest bet is to short it and bet on him not been able to pull something like that off.
