If I was a share holder I wouldn't be too impressed with the CFO under providing 313k of tax expense for the pervious year.... he may be a little out of his depth?

There is also a big Tax expense this year (201k) for all the share based payments.

Looks like the directors are filling their pockets with stocks at the expense of the common shareholder and the 'bottom line'...
