    A point of clarification:
    When I wrote "Or better still, PPX should just give me $50 per PXUPA and avoid the risk of dilution (ha ha)", I did not mean to imply that dilution of PPX is a funny thing-I was 'laughing' in terms of where they would find a lazy $140M cash to pay out the hybrids.
