PPX may have a future but appears a radical change is required to move forward and reinvent the business eg buy/sell/merge various parts or all of the business.

Sure this may mean PXUPAs need to be dealt with, but expect this can be done if the vision, planning and implementation is good enough.

Every big problem disguises a big opportunity and I believe this is the case with PPX. But some timely action must be taken.

PS Firsova - To remove any doubt, this is not bagging PPX mmt - it is encouraging them to think about what really needs to be done in the interest of both PPX and PXUPA.
