I am not one for picking the absolute top or absolute bottom - it's impossible. I think th current mark is pretty good for both ST and LT trades.
I like the fact that there are a number of "Outperform" or "Strong Buy" broker recommendations on ILU and they have been reaffirmed after the half yearly. That always is a good forward indicator of positive price movement.
