Interesting to look at the course of sales. When sold down the lots are mainly 100,000 to 200,000. When buyers come in they are small parcels.
I get the indication some one wants out but does not want to collapse price. I will be watching with interest for rest of week.
A "bad news" announcement will really cause some grief.
