    I reckon it is probably somebody with more volume to sell who is looking for someone to support the buy side (with some volume bidding eg 10,000 shares or so). I read it as the seller of the 379 shares saying "come on meet me here at 7.8 cents - so I can get rid of the rest of my shares".

    I don't think it is anything more sinister than that.
