    There is a complete disconnect between managers pay and Shareholder Returns
    Managers get paid bonuses for merely showing up to work
    and floating in the resources stream.
    It is American management remuneration that has caused the GFC -- it permeated the English speaking world.
    I just thought I would check how far back it went before I invested.
