re: results delay -facts
It's called "continuous disclosure", if my reading is correct the sp bolted on the 24th, maybe when the directors updated their holdings after taking up their issue entitlements or maybe (just maybe) someone new something they shouldn't and started to buy, I like the former. Then the company made an announcment on the 29th, probably because they were affraid of a speeding ticket for not keeping the mkt informed. In a nut shell the mkt forced the coy into an early annocement and now we have to wait for the concrete results. Relax, this is just the first hole of 18, enjoy the ride, there should be plenty of ops to get in and out along the way. Good luck
